It's user-friendly, interface and integration capabilities make it a popular choice for companies and partners looking to streamline their operations and improve efficiency, enhance decision-making through data insights and provide a scalable and secure platform that evolves with organizational needs.

Rufous is designed primarily for organizations and their employees rather than individual users. Here's who can sign up and use Rufous:

1. **Companies:**  Companies can sign-up and implement rufous to manage their human resources, financial management and planning functions.
2. **Partners:** Partners who are tied up with the Company associated with the rufous platform can also sign-up.
3. **Candidates:** Candidates can't sign-up directly into the Rufous platform, unless the partner user update their profile in their workforce.&#x20;
