WORKSPACE
(Identical for both Company and Partner)
Workspace Application is designed to provide users with an intuitive, centralized platform where they can access all the information, necessary documents, leave apply etc. It enhances the user experience by combining relevant data into a single interface, tailored to each user's role within the organization.
This Workspace App is part of the broader Rufous eco-system, which includes modules for Human Capital Management, Financial Management, Payroll and more. This App provides an integrated and user-friendly interface that gives access to critical information, making it easier for the employees to verify their details efficiently.
As a registered user, logged into the Rufous website. Upon logging in, the launcher page of the Rufous app will display all the associated apps.

To access the Workspace app, simply click on it’s icon shown below.

Upon clicking, the user will be redirected to the Me Tab.
1. Me
In this tab, the user can view the Account details & Project details which had been assigned by the company admin to the respective user as shown in the below snip.


2. Asset
In this tab, the user can view the Asset details consisting- ID, Asset, Brand, Date, Status.


3. Leaves
The user can view the leave status allocated by the company in this tab. Here we can see the leaves applied by the user and the leaves balance.


4. Payroll
The user can view the payslips in this tab. Here the search bar has been encased for the quick search for the respective payslips and a preview window to view the payslip and has an option to download the payslip just by clicking on this icon placed on the top right corner of the preview window.


5. Docs
The user can view the Documents in this tab. Here the search bar has been incorporated for a quick search for the respective documents and a preview window to view the document and has an option to download the document just by clicking on this icon placed on the top right corner of the preview window.


6. Policies
The user can view the Policies of the company in this tab. Here the search bar has been encased for the quick search for the policies and a preview window to view the policy.


7. Calendar
The user can view the holidays list as per the company’s leave/holiday policy shown in the snip below. On top right corner we have a drop-down consisting of 3 options- All, Active & Archived.
All- This option is utilized to populate all the leaves added by the company admin.
Active- This option is for what all holidays/event are in further due.
Archived- This option is encased to archive the past holidays/events which were utilized already.
