Candidate Workforce
The Candidate can be able to login into Rufous account only when the rufous partner update the candidate's data and send an invitation for the candidate via their registered email ID to activate their account.
1. Activation of Candidate Rufous Account
When a candidate’s information is updated by the Rufous partner, the system automatically sends an email to the candidate for profile confirmation.
Steps for Candidate Profile Verification:
Upon receiving the email, click on ‘Accept Invitation’. You will then be redirected to the Phone Verification page, where you’ll need to enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click ‘Submit’

If the OTP expires, the 'Resend' button will be enabled, allowing the candidate to request a new OTP.

After submitting the OTP, the candidate will be redirected to their Rufous account page. A pop-up will appear indicating that profile verification is pending. The candidate must click on the ‘Verify Now’ button to proceed with the verification process.

As soon as the candidate user clicks on the Verify Now, it'll re-direct to Basic Info Page. Here the candidate has to verify whether the details updated over the Basic Info are either precise or not.

After verifying the Basic Info page, click on next. Upon clicking on Next button, it takes to Skills Page. If the candidate wants to add another technical skills, shall click on the +Add Another Technical Skills button.

Once the Skills page is updated, click on Next button. Once clicked it takes to Qualifications Page as shown herein. The candidate can add additional Qualifications, Certifications, Awards & Achievements just by clicking on the respective button placed separately.

Upon updating the qualifications page and clicked on Next button, it takes to Experience Page. The candidate user can able to update additional work experience and project experience by clicking on the respective buttons placed accordingly.

After updating the Experience page and clicked on Next button, it takes to Preference Page. Herein the candidate user can update or alter any info placed in this page.

Once the candidate user updates the preference page, the candidate has to agree with the Rufous Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by clicking on the check box given underneath.

After accepting the Rufous Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, click on Next Button. Upon clicking on the Next button, the candidate user will get a snack-bar stating "Profile has been successfully verified".

After the candidate’s profile has been verified, they may navigate to the 'Jobs' section by clicking on the corresponding tab.

Following a successful login to the Rufous website, the candidate’s Workforce page will be displayed, as illustrated below

2. Jobs
In this Tab the candidate can view the jobs postings which are similarly matching to their skills set. Here in this Jobs Tab we have the sub-tabs namely- Matched Jobs, Applications, Test, Interviews, Selected, Offers, Onboarded.


Jobs | Matched
Within the 'Matched Jobs' tab, the candidate can view job postings that align with their skill set. To apply for a specific job, the candidate should click on the
icon located at the top-right corner of the job profile preview window. (This job consists of permanent engagement).

When the candidate initiates the application by selecting the ‘Apply Now’ button, a confirmation message "Job applied successfully" will briefly appear as a snack-bar notification. Subsequently, the job listing will be transitioned from the 'Matched Jobs' section to the 'Applications' tab.

Jobs | Applications
Following the submission of a job application, the corresponding job post will be transferred from the "Matched Jobs" tab to the "Applications" tab. Thereafter, the candidate shall await for response from the employer (Company).

Upon acceptance of the candidate’s application by the company user, a notification will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address and will also be visible within their Rufous account, under the "Applications" tab in the corresponding job profile preview.

Note- Upon the candidate being shortlisted by the company:
Candidate who is interested in a specific job posting may click on the
button positioned at the upper-right corner of the job post preview window.

Upon clicking on it, a confirmation pop-up appears.

After clicking the confirm button, a snack-bar message reading "You accepted this job" will be shown, indicating that the accept action has been processed.

Candidate who is not interested in a specific job posting may click on the
button positioned at the upper-right corner of the job post preview window.

Upon clicking on it, a confirmation pop-up appears.

After the candidate clicks the confirmation button, a snack-bar message "You rejected this job" will be displayed as confirmation of the action taken.

Jobs | Evaluation
Once the company user sends the candidate for any of the round, the candidate will receive a notification via their registered email ID and will be redirected from the Applications Tab to Evaluation Tab. (Herein the company user has sent the candidate to Assignment round as a first round).

Upon clicking on Start Assignment button, the candidate will be re-directed to the respective assignment link.
If the assignment link expires, the start assignment button will be disabled as well corresponding status will be fetched and shown in the job profile preview window.

Note-
If the assignment remains un-attempted by the candidate, it can be rescheduled by the company user.
If the candidate chooses not to proceed with the job interview, they may click the
button located at the top-right corner of the job profile preview window. Upon clicking on the button, a confirmation pop-up appears. And then after clicking on the confirmation button, a snack-bar notification will occur stating "You rejected this job".



After completion of the Assignment by the candidate, the company user will evaluate the candidate's performance. If the candidate is selected for the next round, they will be notified via their registered email address. (Herein the candidate has been selected to next round for Company Managed Assessment as shown below).

Upon clicking on Start Assessment button, the candidate will be re-directed to the respective company managed assessment link.
If the Company Managed assessment link expires, the start assessment button will be disabled as well the corresponding status will be fetched and shown in the job profile preview window.

Note-
If the Company Managed Assessment remains un-attempted by the candidate, it can be rescheduled by the company user.
After completion of the Company Managed Assessment by the candidate, the company user will evaluate the candidate's performance. If the candidate is selected for the next round, they will be notified via their registered email address. (Herein the candidate has been selected to next round for Rufous Assessment as shown below).

Upon clicking on Start Assessment button, the candidate will be re-directed to the rufous assessment link page.
If the Rufous Assessment link expires, the start assessment button will be disabled as well the corresponding status will be fetched and shown in the job profile preview window.

Note-
If the Rufous Assessment remains un-attempted by the candidate, it can be rescheduled by the company user.
After completion of the Rufous Assessment by the candidate, the company user will evaluate the candidate's performance. If the candidate is selected for the next round, they will be notified via their registered email address. (Herein the candidate has been selected to next round for AI Interview as shown below).

Upon clicking on Start AI Interview button, the candidate will be re-directed to the AI Interview Page.
If the AI Interview link expires, the Start AI Interview button will be disabled as well the corresponding status will be fetched and shown in the job profile preview window.

Note-
If the AI Interview remains un-attempted or had a technical glitch from the candidate end, it can be rescheduled by the company user.
After completion of the AI Interview by the candidate, the company user will evaluate the candidate's performance. If the candidate is selected for the next round, they will be notified via their registered email address. (Herein the candidate has been selected to next round for Company Managed Interview as shown below).

Upon clicking on Start Company Managed Interview button, the candidate will be re-directed to the Company Managed Interview Page.
If the Company Managed Interview link expires, the Start Company Managed Interview button will be disabled as well the corresponding status will be fetched and shown in the job profile preview window.

Note-
If the Company Managed Interview remains un-attempted or had a technical glitch from the candidate end, it can be rescheduled by the company user.
After completion of the Company Managed Interview by the candidate, the company user will evaluate the candidate's performance. If the candidate is selected for the next round, they will be notified via their registered email address. (Herein the candidate has been selected to next round for Rufous Virtual Interview as shown below).

Upon clicking on Start Rufous Interview button, the candidate will be re-directed to the Rufous Interview Page.
If the Rufous Interview link expires, the Start Rufous Interview button will be disabled as well the corresponding status will be fetched and shown in the job profile preview window.

Note-
If the Rufous Interview remains un-attempted or had a technical glitch from the candidate end, it can be rescheduled by the company user.
From this point forward when the company user selects the candidate for a specific job posting, a notification will be sent to the candidate's registered email address and the job post will then be moved from the Evaluation tab to the Selected tab.

Jobs | Selected
Upon selection, the candidate is expected to await further communication from the company concerning the release of the offer letter.

Once the Company user releases the offer letter, the candidate will then be notified via their registered e-mail ID and through their Rufous account under the Offers tab.
Jobs | Offers
Upon release of the offer by the company user, the candidate may choose to either accept or reject the offer by clicking the respective buttons
located at the top-right corner of the job profile preview window.

Once the candidate clicks the
button, a pop-up containing the offer letter will be presented for review.

After the candidate confirms the offer by signing and then clicking on the Finish button in Sign-Now, a snack-bar message will be displayed stating "You accepted this offer by Berlin" (Here Berlin is the Company).

Following acceptance of the offer, the candidate will await subsequent communication regarding the next step.
Jobs | Onboarded
Upon successful onboarding by the company user, the candidate will receive a notification via their registered email ID and as well the corresponding job post will be transitioned from the Offers tab to the Onboarded tab in their Rufous account.

Note-
View Profile
: Upon clicking on this icon, it shows the Job description.

Messages
: This option is incorporated to have a quick chat with that respective company within the preview window.

Contract Engagement: The same interview process applies to jobs with contract engagement, following the complete flow from "Matched Jobs" through to "Onboarded". Herein, the contract job is managed through the "Offers" tab. Once the company user releases the offer letter, the candidate may either accept or reject the offer using the respective buttons located at the top-right corner of the job post preview window within the "Offers" tab, as illustrated below.

Once the candidate clicks the
button, a pop-up containing the offer letter will be presented for review.

After the candidate confirms the offer by signing and then clicking on the Finish button in Sign-Now, a snack-bar message as well the status will be displayed stating "You accepted this offer by Berlin" (Here Berlin is the Company).

As soon as the Company user onboards the candidate, the candidate Job post will then switch from Offers Tab to Onboarded Tab.

For Contract Engagement, the Project timeline is fetched over the Job post preview window in Onboarded Tab.

Jobs | Contract Termination
If the candidate wishes to terminate the contract with the company, they may do so by clicking the
button located at the top-right corner of the job profile preview window, as shown below.

Upon clicking the button an End Contract pop-up will appear. The candidate is required to provide the termination date and time, along with a reason for ending the contract with the company.

Once filled in the details and clicked on Done button, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating "End Contract mail sent".

And then the Company user will be notified about the contract termination over their email ID.
3. Timesheet
Timesheet is devised for the employees who are in Contract Engagement. There's no timesheet available for the permanent employees.



The Contract employee can fill in the timesheet just by double clicking on the respective time cell placed over the calendar on the right side of the window as shown below.

Upon clicking on the cell, we receive Details slide window on the left side of the window.

Over the Details slide window we have the fields- Title, Start date & time, End date & time, Repeat check-box, More Information.
Title- This field is encapsulated to brief the name that describes respective tasks, positions etc.
Start date & time, End date & time- This field is to update the start, end date and time the employee worked on.
Repeat- This option is utilized when the contract employee hadn't filled the timesheet for the past working days. Upon checking on this Repeat option, a slide window occurs with the following fields.

Repeat option checked Here the contract employee hadn't filled the timesheet for one day before. So the contract employee can add that one day before date over the start and end date field by checking the repeat option and then shall select the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). Here the employee can automate filling of the timesheet for the past days and cannot be done the same for the future date.

Frequency Drop-Down Here selecting the option as daily, the employee shall then add on which days the same timesheet shall repeat (only the past days and the contract employee can select any of the frequency option as per their choice).

Repeat every day(s) field After updating the no. of days in which the timesheet shall repeat, the End repeat of the timesheet shall be updated. Here the contract employee shall choose the End repeat option and then add the respective date along with the time.

End Repeat option The contract employee can also click over the calendar icon to select the date and time.

Calendar Widget 
Time Widget More Information- This field is given to add on further details regards to the timesheet and assigned tasks.

More Information Field
Once filling of the timesheet is done, click on the save button placed on the top right-corner of the timesheet slide window.

Upon clicking on the save button, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating "Timesheet saved successfully". And then status of the timesheet can be viewed over the timesheet thread on the left side of the window.

The contract employee can then submit the timesheet for the company's approval just by clicking on this button
placed underneath the calendar.

Once clicked on that button, we then receive a snack-bar stating "Submitted successfully".

When the Company user approves the timesheet for the contract employee, the status will be updated as Approved over the Timesheet thread.

4. Transactions
This Transactions tab is encapsulated for the Contract Employee to verify the payment as per the submitted timesheet.


When the Company user pays for the Contract employee, the status will be shown herein the Transactions Tab. Here the Payment status is shown as Pending.

Once the Payment is done, the status of the Payment will be shown as Successful.

5. Messages
This Message Tab is utilised to communicate with the respective company. The chats will populate in this Messages tab only when the candidate communicates with the respective company via Jobs Tab->
.


Search bar which is encased on the Messages tab has the functionality to search for the company who were already texted by the candidate from the Jobs Tab.

To send any images or files for that respective company, the candidate can utilize Attachment functionality which is placed on the footer of the chat (On the send message bar).

To check the Media, Documents and Links, click on this button
placed on the top-right corner in the chat preview window.

Upon clicking, a slide window appears with the Media, Documents and Links Tabs

To search the messages from the chat, click on this icon
placed on the top-right corner in the chat preview window.

Upon clicking, a slide window appears with the search message bar.

6. Agreements
The project agreement from the respective company in which the candidate accepted during accepting the offer letter will be populated herein this Agreement Tab.


7. Profile
This tab exhibits the details of the Candidate. Herein the Candidate can edit their info except for Mobile, E-mail ID as they are non-editable in this tab.


If the candidate is willing to edit the changes in their profile, can click on this button
placed on the top-right corner of the Candidate's Profile Page.

Upon clicking on the Edit button, Candidate's Basic Form page appears. Herein the candidate can update the fields apart from Mobile Number and E-mail ID.

Once the Candidate finishes off with the updation and clicks on submit button, the changes which the candidate made will be updated in the Profile Tab.
