Partner Workforce
As a registered user, logged into the Rufous website. Upon logging in, the launcher page of the Rufous app will display all the associated apps.

To access the Workforce app, simply click on it’s icon shown below.

Upon clicking, the user will be redirected to the Candidates tab.
1. Candidates
Over this tab, the user is able to view the candidate's job application status.


To Add a candidate profile, click on this icon
placed on the top right corner of the Candidate view page.

Upon clicking on it, the candidate form will appear as shown below.

Here we’ve incorporated Resume parsing technology which converts the unstructured data into a structured format. It analyzes resume data and automatically extracts into machine-readable output. Once the user clicks on the resume field and uploads the resume, the data in that resume will fetch on the forms as shown below. Only .pdf & .docx format is compatible.

Here we have 5 sections in Candidate's form which the resume parser will fetch the details from the resume/CV.
Basic Form: In this form, basic details of the candidate will be furnished (i.e, First Name, Last Name, Mobile No., E-mail, DOB, Address, Country, State, City, Pin code).

Basic Info Skills: This section is to highlight the candidate's abilities and qualifications that are relevant to the job the candidate is applying for, Herein we’ve Industry drop-down, Technical skills, Soft skills, Languages {Speak & Write} fields.

Skills Section Qualifications: This section refer to the formal education, certifications and professional training that demonstrates the candidate's capability for the job. Herein we’ve Education {Education, Year, Specialization, College Name},Certifications {Certification Name, Issuing Organization, Certification Link, Issue Date, Expiry Date}, Awards & Achievements Fields.

Qualifications Section Experience: This section refers to the candidate's work history and professional background. It demonstrates candidate's relevant expertise, responsibilites and achievements in previous roles, giving employers an idea of practical skills and qualifications. Herein we’ve Total Experience, Work Experience {Company, Role, Hourly Rate, Currency, Start Date, End Date, Still work here checkbox, Description}, Projects {Project, Client, Project still in progress checkbox, Start Date, End Date, URL} Fields.

Experience Section Preference: This section refers to the specific conditions, characteristics and aspects of a job. The requirement of the job shall be updated in this section. We shall fill in the details manually. Here we’ve Industry, Service/Function Drop-down, Role Drop-down, Engagement Drop-down {Permanent, Contract, Freelancer}, Price Type, Currency, Rate, Location Type Drop-down, Tag, Preferred cities Drop-down, Availability fields.

Once all the details are scrutinized and clicked on the next button, the candidate profile then appears to be created and will be populated on the candidate's profile thread as shown below.

To Edit any changes in the candidate profile, just click on that respective candidate profile thread and over the right side in the candidate profile preview window on the top right corner we’ve this button
placed over. Click on that button.

Once clicked, it'll redirect to the Candidate form filling page.

Upon editing the changes and clicked on submit button, the changes will be updated in that candidate profile.
Sending Invitation: Once the candidate profile has been created, the partner user shall send an invitation to the respective candidate which will be notified to the candidate via registered mail ID to make the candidate activate the account and complete the profile verification. In order to do that, click on this button
placed on the top right corner of the candidate profile preview window.

Upon clicking on it, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Invite sent successfully”. As well the status of the candidate profile will be reflected over the profile thread.

Note-
Search Bar functionality is enabled to have a quick search of the Candidates & Skill.

Search Bar City Filter- This filter had been incorporated on the Candidate tab adjacent to the search bar. This filter functionality is used for a quick and faster search for the preferred cities mentioned over the candidate profile.

City Filter Status Filter- This filter had been incorporated on the Candidate tab adjacent to the City Filter. This filter functionality is used to check the candidate profile status.

Status Filter Tag Filter- This filter has been integrated to find the candidates who were labeled for a specific state for the purpose of identification during creating the candidate profile. Upon clicking on the Tag icon, a color palette appears.

Tag Filter Results field- This field has been incorporated to retrieve the outcome of the candidates profiles and the search results done by the partner user. This field is placed adjacent to the tag filter.

Results field Sort by Filter- Over this filter we’ve one option added in which is- Recent activity. This filter is integrated to put candidate profiles in a particular order as per the filter added. This filter is placed adjacent to the Results field.

Profile Preview
- This option has been encased on the top-right corner of the candidate profile preview window. Purpose of this option is to preview the details of the candidate profile. This will only occur if the candidate has activated their rufous account.

- This option has been encased on the top-right corner of the preview window. The Partner admin user has the accessibility to text the respective candidate.

- This option had been incorporated to add label/tag to the respective candidate as per the requirement.

Assign Tag Pop-Up Click on the Tag Drop-down field and select the tag option which had to be assigned to that respective candidate. Tag options are added via Admin->Workforce->Tags Tab.

Selecting Tag option from Tag Drop-Down Once selected the option, click on Assign button. Upon clicking on it, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating “Tag assigned successfully”.

“Tag assigned successfully” Snack-Bar To Edit the tag, click on the tag placed under the candidate's name. Upon clicking we get two options. In there select edit option.

Selecting Edit option from the assigned tag Upon selecting Edit option, we get assign tag pop-up.

Edit Assign Tag Pop-Up Once the editing is done, click on the Assign tag. Then we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Tag updated successfully”.

“Tag updated successfully” Snack-Bar To Remove the assigned tag, click on the tag placed under the candidate's name. Upon clickingwe get two options. In there select remove option.

Selecting Remove Option Upon clicking, we receive a confirmation pop-up. Click on the confirm button.

Confirmation Pop-Up Once clicked, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating “Tag removed successfully”.

“Tag removed successfully” Snack-Bar Breadcrumb- The breadcrumb has been incorporated on the Candidate Profile preview window Under this, there are 6 options ensembled which are Hourly Rate, Markup (Permanent, Contract, Freelance), Total Views, Applied, Interviews, Offers.

Candidate Status tracker- Hourly Rate, Markup (Permanent, Contract, Freelance), Total Views, Applied, Interviews, Offers.
->Hourly Rate - The Hourly rate is updated during creation of the Candidate profile in Preference Form. Once the candidate profile is created, the Hourly rate details will be fetched in this Status breadcrumb.
->Markup - The Markup is updated via Admin→Workforce→Markup Tab. Once it’s updated, it’ll fetch in this status breadcrumb. In order to alter the Markup, click on this icon
placed beside the Markup. Upon clicking on it, we receive a pop-up as shown below.

The partner user can alter the fields and then click on the Edit button. Once clicked we then receive a snack-bar notification stating ”Markup set successfully”.

->- The Total Views, Applied, Interviews, Offers status of the candidate will be displayed herein.
2. Jobs
In this tab, the user can view the jobs posted by the company. Only the jobs will be populated if the job role is matching with the candidate profile.


The job role details can be viewed via the Preview window which is placed on the right side of the job view page as shown in the aforementioned snip.

Note-
Search bar has been placed on top of the jobs thread in order to have a quick search on skills and job title.

Search Bar Location Filter- This filter is incorporated to help users narrow down job listings based on the geographical preferences.

Location Filter Sort by Filter- This filter is integrated in which it allows user to organize search results based on the specific criteria. Over this filter we’ve one option added in which is- Recent activity. This filter is incorporated to put recent updated job post status in a particular order as per the filter added.

Sort by Filter Candidates Matched HyperLink- In order to check the Candidates whose profile is matching similar to the job posted by the respective company, a hyperlink is placed on the preview window of the job post details as shown below.

Herein the details of the candidate (Basic Details, Skills, Qualifications, Work Experience and Projects) will be viewed including the status of the candidate shown on the candidate profile thread in left side.

Note-
The Job role status can be viewed on the preview window. Here the user can view Job Posted on, Total Views and Applied.

3. Billing
In this tab, the user can view the billing of the candidates hired by the company as per their respective CTC stated and certain markup dealt with the respective company. It has the fields of Candidate name, Billed Hours, Agency Markup, Amount, Timesheet status & Payment status in the Billing Tab page.


In this Billing Tab, we have filters like Search Name, Payment Status, Timesheet status, City, Calendar filter, Results and Sort by as shown in the below snapshot.

Note-
Search Name has been enabled for a quick search of the candidates name.
Payment status- This filter has been incorporated to check the payment tracking on the respective candidate. Here we have 3 options encased as Any, Paid and Pending.

Payment status- Any, Paid and Pending Timesheet status- This filter is incorportated which is typically found in time-tracking that allows user to filter the timesheet based on their status. Herein we have 3 options- Any, Approved, Submitted.

Timesheet status- Any, Approved, Submitted City Filter- This filter is used to track out the candidate posted into the required job location.

City Filter Calendar- This calendar widget has been added to filter out the dates as per the partner user requirement.

Calendar option Sort by- Over this filter we’ve 2 options added in which is- Recent activity. This filter is integrated to put candidate billing status in a particular order as per the filter added. This filter is placed adjacent to the Results field.

4. Messages
This Message Tab is utilised to communicate with the respective candidates. The chats will populate in this Messages tab only when the partner user communicates with the active candidate via Candidates Tab->

Search bar which is encased on the Messages tab has the functionality to search for the existing candidates who were already texted by the admin from the candidate tab.

To send any images or files for that respective candidate, the partner admin user can utilise Attachment functionality which is placed on the footer of the chat (On the send message bar).

To check the Media, Documents and Links, click on this button
placed on the top-right corner in the chat preview window.

Upon clicking, a slide window appears with the Media, Documents and Links Tabs.

To search the messages from the chat, click on this icon

5. Profile
In this tab, the user can view their Profile details. This tab exhibits the details of the partner user. Herein the company user can edit their info except for Mobile, E-mail ID, User type, Department as they are non-editable in this tab. To alter user type access for this partner user’s info which is non-editable in this profile tab, it could be done via Admin-Users.
