ENTITY
Upon clicking Entity App in Admin App, the user will be redirected to Primary Tab as shown below.

1. Primary
In this Tab, the Company/Partner superuser details of the username first and last name, contact and email ID are viewed and aren’t editable as only registered details which were updated over the registration form during sign-up will be fetched in the primary tab.


2. Company
In this Tab, the credentials of Company legal name, Company display name, website, Company size, Address, Country, State, City, Pin, Corporate ID, Corporate Tax ID are viewed.


Note-
Corporate ID, Corporate Tax ID are not editable and are greyed out. The rest of the fields are editable.
To check or inspect other Affiliate’s Address details which were added in this company account, we’ve a filter on the top right corner as shown below. (This filter had been incorporated for only Company, Authorized, Account & Branch tabs)


3. Authorized
In this Tab, the credentials of Signing Authority Name, Signing authority work email, Signing authority ID and Signing authority title are viewed and aren’t editable.


4. Account
In this Tab, the credentials of Bank account name, Bank account number, Bank name, Bank routing code, Bank canceled cheque are viewed and aren’t editable.


5. Affiliates
In this Tab, we could see an icon on the top right corner of the Affiliates Page, to add the companies who are associated with the main company as shown in the below snip.


Upon clicking on this
icon, it will redirect to the Company Information page.

Fill in the details in the company information page (i.e, Company Legal Name, Company Display Name, Company Website, Company Size, Building No., Address (Address Drop-down), Country, State, City, PIN, Corporate ID, Corporate Tax ID) and then click on the next button.
Note- There's an Address Drop-down incorporated over the field. Once the proper address is selected automatically the Country, State, City will be fetched. If there's no city or zipcode for a respective address select then can enter the details manually over the respective fields.



Upon clicking on the next button, it’ll take you to the Authority signatory page as shown in the below snip.

After filling the details in Authority signatory page (i.e, Signing Authority Name, Signing Authority Work E-mail, Signing Authority ID, Signing Authority Title) and clicking on the next button, it’ll take you to the Bank account page as shown below. Fill in the necessary details and then click on the submit button.

Upon clicking on the Submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Affiliate company information added successfully”.


To make an alteration in any of the affiliated company (or companies), click on this Action icon
and then tap on the Edit option as shown below.

Once the alteration is done and clicked on submit, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Affiliate company information updated successfully”.

To change the parent of the affiliate’s company. click on this Action icon
and then tap on the Change parent option as shown below.

Upon tapping on the Change parent option, we receive a pop-up as shown below. Here the user can select any of the companies as a parent company as per the affiliates added over.

Once the parent company is selected, click on the submit. Then we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Parent company changed successfully”.

6. Branch
In this Tab, the credentials of Branch, Address, City, State, Country, Pin & Status are viewed. On top right corner we see this icon
which derives to add the branch(es) of the company.


Upon clicking on this
icon, it gives a pop-up to enter the details of the branch as shown below.

Fill in the details (i.e, Branch, Company, Building No., Address Drop-down, Country, State, City, Pincode).
Note- Address Drop-down has been incorporated over the field. Once a proper address is selected, the Country, State, City and Pincode will be fetched automatically. If there's no city or pincode for a respective address select then can enter the details manually over the respective fields.



Once entering the details are done, click on submit. Then we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Branch added successfully” and subsequently we’ll be able to view the details of branches on the Branch page.


In order to Edit the branch details, hover the cursor on that respective branch & then we’ll be able to see this edit icon
over the way corner of the branch details as shown below.

Upon clicking on the edit icon, we receive a pop-up to edit the details as shown below. Enter the details which will be edited and click on submit. Once submitted, we receive a snack-bar notification stating "Branch updated successfully".


To close any of the branch, hover the cursor on that respective branch & then we’ll be able to see this close icon
. Click on it and we’ll get a pop-up as below.

Once the user clicks on the close button, we receive a snack-bar stating “Branch closed”.

Note- Once the branch is closed, there'd be no option to edit and re-open the branch.
7. Agreements
To make any agreement(s) for the company or companies, it’d be done via central admin.

Once the Central Admin has created an agreement to that respective Company via Central Admin Portal, that Agreement will be populated over that Company Account. Upon the Company Admin receives the Agreement, the user has an option to either Accept or Reject the Agreement.

If the User Accepts the Agreement, a snack-bar notification stating "You accepted the agreement" will be populated and at the same time the status of the agreement will be populated over the Agreement Thread as shown below.


If the User Rejects the Agreement, a snack-bar notification stating "You rejected the agreement" will be populated and at the same time the status of the agreement will be populated over the Agreement Thread as shown below.


If the User is Pending to accept the Agreement, the status of the agreement will be populated over the Agreement Thread as shown below.

To download the agreement, a download option has been encapsulated on the top right corner in the Agreement Preview Window.

8. Settings
Under the settings tab, we’ve two tabs which are- Domains & Logo.
Domains- To whitelist the company domain(s) click on this
icon. It gives a pop-up as shown below.


Enter the legitimate domain and click on submit button. Upon clicking on submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Domain added successfully”.

Logo- This logo tab is for adding the company logo picture which reflects on the company account profile shown on the top left corner as shown below.

Click on the Drag and drop field, and select the logo from the file manager as per the requirement. Once selected the file, we'll get a Crop Logo preview window as shown below.

Once cropped and submitted, we receive a snack-bar notification stating "Logo updated successfully".

The user can also delete the existing logo and can add other logo file. To delete click on the delete icon
placed on the right side of logo file. Once clicked we'll get a delete logo pop-up as shown below.

Once clicked on delete button, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating "Logo deleted successfully".

Partner Services: This field has been incorporated such that the company user upon creation of the company account and verified, the user can able to activate partner services from the company account.


Upon selecting the Partner services option from the Drop-Down and clicking over this tick icon
we then get a confirmation pop-up as shown below.

Once clicked over the create button, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating "Services Updated".

Once the partner services are activated the user can now check the partner account profile in Workforce-->User Profile-->Switch Account.

Upon clicking on the Switch Account, the partner profile will be populating.
