(Identical for both Company & Partner)
Upon clicking the Work App, user will be redirected to the Workteams Tab as shown below.

1. Workteams
This Tab is incorporated to add the teams and projects in the respective parent team or to add a new parent team as per the admin user requirement.
To Add a team, click on this
placed on the top right corner of the workteams view page.

Upon clicking on it, we get two options as shown below. Tap on Add Team option.

Once tapped into it, an add team pop-up appears as shown below.

Fill in the details (i.e, Name, Description, Subscribers, Color code & Parent team) and then click on submit button. After submitting we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added team”.

Note-
In order to create a separate parent team, the admin user shall not add an existing parent team in parent team field while creating a new team.
To add a child team under a parent team, then the admin user shall add that respective parent team while creating a new team.
Subscribers are the users who were added in the company account by the admin. We can add the users in a respective team or link to a project as per admin’s interest. We do have a drop down to look over the users and select the users under subscribers field.
To Link a project, click on this
placed on the top right corner of the workteams view page. Upon clicking on it, we get two options as shown below. Tap on Link Project option.

Once tapped into it, a link project pop-up appears as shown below.

Fill in the details (i.e, Project Name, Subscribers, Select team) and then submit. Once submitted we receive a snack-bar notification stating “The <project name> project has been linked”.

Action Button
- This Action button is placed in each parent team upon creating a new parent team. In this button, we have options affixed such as Add Team, Edit Team, Delete Team, Link Project as shown below.

To Add a team inside the parent team, click on the Action button placed over the respective parent team thread and then tap on the Add Team option.

Upon tapping on it we get a confirmation pop-up as shown below.

Once updated the fields and clicked on submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating "Added team".

To Edit a team inside the parent team, click on the Action button and then tap on the Edit Team option.

Upon tapping on it we get an edit team pop-up as shown below.

Once alterations are done and clicked on the Submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edited team”.

To Delete a team, click on the Action button and then tap on the Delete Team option.

Upon tapping on it we get a delete confirmation pop-up as shown below.

Once clicked on the delete button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Deleted team”.

Note- An existing team cannot be deleted if any workitem(s) has been raised from that respective parent team.
Similarly the Action button is also placed in each projects as well. Hover the cursor on that respective project added on that respective parent team and click on Action button , we then get two options namely Edit project & Unlink project.

To Edit a project, hover the cursor to that respective project placed on that respective parent team, click on the Action button and then tap on the Edit project option.

Upon tapping on it we get an edit project pop-up as shown below.

Once alterations are done and clicked on the Submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “The <project name> Project has been Edited”.

To Unlink a project, hover the cursor to that respective project placed on that respective parent team, click on the Action button and then tap on the Unlink project option.

Upon tapping on it we get a confirmation pop-up as shown below.

Once clicked on the unlink button, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating “Unlink project successfully”.

2. Workmaps
This Tab has been incorporated to maintain structural path while creating workitem for a respective workteam.

In order to create a workmap, click on this
icon placed on the top right corner of the workmap view page as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, we get an add workmap pop-up as shown below.

Fill in the details mentioned over the workmap form (i.e, Name, Select team, Select category & Description). Once filling up the details are done, click on the submit button. We then receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added workmap successfully”.

Note-
In order to create a workmap, we shall first create a work category which is placed in Settings→Work category Tab or can add by clicking over the Select Category-> +category (This button will only populate if there are no workcategories created under Settings→Work category Tab ). If any of the workcategories created, then this option will not populate herein. only at the time of creation of the workmap. During editing of the workmap, this +category button will be populating.

Upon clicking on that icon, Add category pop-up will appear.

Once the fields are updated and then submitted, we receive a snack-bar notification stating "Added workcategory successfully".

To Edit any of the workmap, hover the cursor on that respective workmap and click on this
icon placed on the right corner side of the workmap view page as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an edit workmap pop-up appears as shown below.

Once alterations are done and clicked on submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edited workmap successfully”.

3. Workforms
This Tab has been incorporated to create customised form(s) for the respective workflow(s).

To Add a form, click on this icon
placed on the top right corner.

Upon clicking on it, it redirects to the Add form page as shown below.

Inside the form we have fields like Name, Log time, Rating, Additional Fields. Under Additional Fields we have fields like-

To customise the fields, drag the fields placed on the Additional fields section to this Drop Zone (Grey field) as shown below.

For instance if an admin user dragged Linked Field to the Drop Zone, a pop-up appears as shown below.

Type the label, select the required checkbox and click on submit. Once submitted, the Linked field will appear in the form.

The following fields are non-editable and are fixed: Title, Start Date, End Date, Quantification, Owner, Subscriber, Priority, Paragraph.
Once the form is customised and clicked on Submit button, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating "Added form successfully".

To Edit any of the changes in respective forms, hover the cursor on that form and click on this edit icon
placed on the right corner.

Upon clicking on it, the edit form page appears.

Once alterations are done and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edited form”.

4. Workstates
In this Tab, we have two tabs namely State and Transitions.
Under States Tab, we encounter five States namely Open, Working, Blocked, Resolved & Closed as shown below.


The States order will be added by a central admin user.
To change the color of the state, tap on the color assigned to that respective state. Upon tapping on it, a status color pop-up appears as shown below.

Once the color is selected, click on the submit button. After submitting, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “State updated”.

Under Transitions Tab, we can view the states which are transitioned as required. These transitions work under the state changing from one to other as per the restricted transitions made by. This is done by the Central Admin user.

5. Workflow
Workflow is a system that manages tasks and processes that happen in a specific order.


To Add a workflow, click on this icon
placed on the top right of the Workflow page as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an add workflow pop-up will appear.

Fill in the details which are in the Add workflow pop-up (i.e, Name, Select workform, select worktype). Once the details are filled and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added workflow”.

To Edit a workflow, hover the cursor on that respective workflow Thread, click on this edit icon
placed on the right corner side.

Upon clicking on it, it redirects to the conditional workflow page as shown below.

Conditional Workflow:
This Conditional Workflow is user friendly and has been integrated to enumerate the states and the workflow as per the user requirement. Over the left side of the page, we have a menu board consisting of 3 distinctives namely- States, Flow Control and Action.
States: This can also be called as State Model, which is a list of states that describe expected record workflow through the life cycle of the record. State models simplify defining the state transitions allowed for a specific task type.
Flow Control: This feature has been incorporated in order to enable the process owners to automate work. Herein custom node had been encapsulated to add in between the states as per the user requirement. We can add multiple custom nodes in between the states.
To Add a custom node over the workflow states, drag and drop the custom node over the workflow preview window or between the respective states as shown below.


Upon clicking on that custom node, a Custom node info slide window appears on the right corner of the Conditional Workflow Window as shown below.

Label Field: This field is added to assign a name to that respective custom node to specify the cause of the node.

Description Field: This field has been incorporated under the Label field to interpret the causes.

Settings Field: Under this drop-down field, we have an option to choose the node color and the handling of the custom node in different directions.

Default State: This Field has a relative state drop-down and an auto move functionality.
State Drop-down: This Field in here indicates that in which state this custom node has to be connected on. Here we shall select the primary state over secondary state as the default state.

State Drop-Down At this juncture I have selected the default state as Open as the custom node has been added in between the Open to Working state and is the Primary state of that custom node.
Auto Move: This functionality has been enabled to add in between the states. For instance the user is willing to add this functionality over Resolved to Closed state. Once the user selects the Resolved state, then it will automatically moves to close state.

Once the fields of that respective Custom node slide window are updated and clicked on the save button, the details will update over that custom node as shown below.

To View the details updated over the respective custom node, click over that custom node and then the slide window over the right side will appear.

To Close the slide window, click on the Close button given adjacent to the Save Button.
To Delete the respective custom node, Click on the Delete button given opposite to the Close Button.


Action Node: This field has been incorporated to do the operations that flows perform when triggered. Each action has it's own configuration options and can be used to specify what a flow does.
To Add an action node over the workflow states, drag and drop the action node over the workflow preview window or between the respective states as shown below.


Upon clicking on the action node, the slide preview window appears.

Under the Action node, there are 6 individual options embodied which are- Email, Apply Leave, Change Owner, Complete Progress, No progress, Rating.
Email- To trigger email to the subscribers after the transition.
Apply Leave- To approve the leave and increment the leave count for the candidate.
Change Owner- To change the owner of the workitem after the transition.
Complete Progress- To change the progress to 100% after the transition.
No Progress- To change the progress 0% after the transition.
Rating- To ask for rating after the transition.
The user can add multiple actions in a single node.

Once added the actions, click on the save button placed under the actions slide preview window.


To View the details updated over the respective action node, click over that action node and then the slide window over the right side will appear.

To Close the slide window, click on the Close button given adjacent to the Save Button.
To Delete the respective action node, Click on the Delete button given opposite to the Close Button.


Once the conditional workflow has been created, click on the submit button. Upon submitting we receive a snack-bar notification stating "Saved successfully".

To Delete a workflow, hover the cursor to the respective workflow and click on this
icon placed on the right corner as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, we receive a confirmation pop-up.

Once clicked on the delete button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Deleted workflow type successfully”.

6. Settings
Under this settings tab, there are 3 tabs incorporated which are- General, Worktype & Workcategory.

General: This tab contains general application settings and options. Here we have integrated two options- Archive Workitem after certain days after close; Start date can’t be less than certain days.

Archive Workitem after certain days after close- This functionality is used to customize the dates to archive the workitem(s) which are mentioned over the drop-down list by default, there the admin user can select the preferred date respectively. Here we have the options under the drop-down list as 1,3,5,10,15,20,30.
Start date can’t be less than- This functionality has the options as Present date/1 Day/ 1 week/11 Months/1 Year and is used under the start date field in workitem. Here if the admin user has selected the option as 1 Week and submitted, go to work→workitems→create a workitem→start date. Apart from that 1 week which was selected, the rest of the Months will be grayed out on the Start date calendar as shown below.
Worktype: This Tab has been incorporated to create a worktype for respective team(s). Upon creation of the worktype, this worktype will appear in Add Workflow. Without worktype admin user can’t create a workflow.

To Add a worktype, click on this
icon placed on the top right corner.

Upon clicking on it, an add worktype pop-up appears as shown below.

Fill in the details (i.e, Name and Select team). Once the details are filled and clicked on submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added worktype successfully”.

To Edit a worktype, hover the cursor to the respective worktype thread, click on this
icon placed on the right corner.

Upon clicking on it, an edit worktype pop-up appears as shown below.

Once the alterations are done and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edited worktype successfully”.

To Delete a worktype, hover the cursor to the respective worktype, click on this
icon placed on the right corner.

Upon clicking on the icon, a confirmation pop-up appears as shown below.

Once clicked on the delete button, a snack-bar notification appears stating “Deleted worktype successfully”.

Workcategory: This tab is incorporated to add a category to a parent team in order to create a workmap. Without workcategory admin user can’t create a workmap.

To Add a workcategory, click on this
icon placed on the top right corner.

Upon clicking on it, an add category pop-up appears as shown below.

Fill in the details mentioned over the category pop-up (i.e, Name & Select team). Once the details are filled and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added workcategory successfully”.

To Edit a workcategory, hover the cursor to the respective worktype, click on this
icon placed on the right corner.

Upon clicking on it, an edit category pop-up appears as shown below.

Once the alterations are done and clicked on the submit button, a snack-bar notification appears stating “Edited workcategory successfully”.
