Upon clicking the Users App in Admin App, the user will be redirected to the Users Tab.
In this Tab, the details of User, Phone, E-mail, Type, Onboarded, Status & Team are incorporated in the column wise.
To Add users, click on this
icon placed on the top right corner. Upon clicking on it, it’ll redirect to the Add user page wherein the admin user has to fill up the details of the respective users as shown below.
The fields to be filled are First name, Last name, Gender, Work Email, Mobile number, Personal Email, Designation, DOJ, DOB, Team, Reporting Manager, Unique ID, Company, Branch, Tax ID, Projects, Groups, Roles, Address, Leave Accrual Button.
Once the details are filled, the user details will be fetched on the Users Tab view page with the snack-bar notification stating "User added successfully".
"User added successfully" Snack-Bar To Edit any of the user details, hover the cursor on the respective user thread, click on this icon
placed on the right corner side, then edit the user page appears as shown below.
Edit icon placed on the top right corner in the user thread Once alterations are done and clicked on submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “User edited”.
To Suspend a user, click on this icon
placed on the right corner side.
Suspend icon placed on the top right corner in the user thread Upon clicking on it, a pop-up appears to enter a reason for suspending the user.
Reason for Suspending User Pop-Up After entering the reason and clicking on the suspend button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “User status edited”. The User status can be viewed over status column.

Once clicked on the Archive button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “User status edited” and the User status is seen over the status column and will appear as “Archived”.

We can’t edit the Work Email & Phone Number of that respective user during editing the user and are greyed out.
Work Email & Phone Number of that respective user is greyed out We have a search functionality enabled to search for the respective user details.
Search Functionality encapsulated on the top left side of the Users Page Projects, Groups, Branch, Roles can be added to the respective user in Projects (Workforce-->Projects), Groups (Users-->Groups), Branch (As per selected company) and Roles (Users-->Roles) Fields respectively while adding or editing the user details in Users Tab.
In this Tab, the details of Group Name, Description, Users & Status are incorporated as shown in the below snapshot.
To Add a Group, click on this
icon and it gives a pop-up as shown below. Enter the Group name and its description.
Once the details are entered and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Group added successfully”.

Edit Icon placed on the top right corner in the Group Thread Upon clicking on the edit icon, a pop-up appears as shown below.
Make the alterations as per the requirement and then click on submit button. We then receive a snack-bar notification stating “Group updated successfully”.
“Group updated successfully” Snack-Bar To Add/Allocate users in any of the respective group(s), hover the cursor on the respective group, click on this icon

Allocate User Icon placed on the top right corner in the Group Thread Upon clicking on it, we get an allocate users pop-up as shown below.
Once we added the users and clicked on the submit button, we will receive a snack-bar stating “Group updated”.
“Group updated” Snack-Bar To Delete the user(s) from the respective group, click on this icon
placed on the right corner side.
Upon clicking we get a pop-up as shown below.
Click on the cross icon which is placed beside the user thread and submit. Once we deleted the users from that respective group and clicked on the submit button, we will receive a snack-bar stating “Group updated”.

Inactive Icon placed on the top right corner in the Group Thread Upon clicking on it, a confirmation pop-up appears as shown below.
Once clicked on the Inactive button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Status updated successfully”.
“Status updated successfully” Snack-Bar Similarly if the user wants to active the group which had been in inactive state, click on the Active Button as shown in the below snapshot.
Activate Icon placed on the top right corner in the Group Thread Once clicked on Active button, we get a snack-bar notification stating "Status updated successfully".
"Status updated successfully" Snack-Bar To Allocate groups to a respective main group, click on this icon
placed on the right corner side.
Allocate Groups Icon placed on the top right corner in the Group Thread Upon clicking on it, we get a pop-up shown as below. Click on the Group name field and we get the groups drop-down list. Select the groups for that main group and click on the submit button.
Once submitted we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Group updated”.
"Group Updated" Snack-Bar This Tab is embodied to assign the access to the respective users. In order to assign the access, first the Roles has to be added (This is done via Roles Tab->Add Role).
To Add the access for the user, select the username from the Name Drop-down and then select the role from the roles drop-down as shown below.
Selecting Username from the Name Drop-Down Selecting roles for the respective user Once selected the username and roles and then submitted, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating "Roles assigned successfully".
"Roles assigned successfully" Snack-Bar This tab is incorporated to assign the respective roles from the existing apps for the user. As well the admin user can assign respective access over the roles upon adding. Here we have given Admin, Manager and Member roles by default in which the admin user can't modify the access.
Over this Roles Tab page, we've the App level access as shown in the snapshot below. Upon clicking each app we could see the Tab level access. Herein we've encapsulated View, Edit, Create and Delete access for each Tabs over each Apps respectively.

+Role Icon placed on the top right corner in the Roles Tab page Upon clicking on it, we then get an Add Role Pop-up.
Once the role name entered and clicked on Add button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating "Role added successfully".
"Role added successfully" Snack-Bar To Assign or edit certain access to the user, click over that respective role which had been created and then select respective app and check/uncheck the tab access. Once the alterations are done and clicked on Submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating "User roles updated successfully".
"User roles updated successfully" Snack-Bar To Delete certain role, Hover the cursor to that respective role and click on this icon
placed beside to that role over the role thread.
Delete Icon placed on the role thread Upon clicking on that delete icon, we receive a delete pop-up.
Once clicked on the delete button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating "Role deleted successfully".
