WORKFORCE (IN COMPANY & PARTNER)
Workforce App (In company account)-
Upon clicking the Workforce App, user will be redirected to the Projects Tab.
1. Projects
In this Tab, we have the contents of- Project, Client, Start Date, End Date, Owner, Status & Description.


To Add any projects click on this
icon placed on the top right corner of the project's view page. Once clicked on it, a pop-up will appear as shown below.

Fill in the details (i.e, Project name, Client, Owner name, Status, Start date & time, End date & time and Description). Once filling up the details are done, click on the submit button. Once submitting, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Project added successfully”.

To Edit any of the projects, click on this
icon placed on the right corner side as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an edit pop-up appears as shown below.

Once alteration is done and clicked on submit button, we’ll receive a snack-bar notification stating “Project edited”.

To Duplicate any of the project, click on this
icon placed on the right corner side as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, a duplicate pop-up appears as shown below.

Once the changes are made and clicked on the submit button, we’ll receive a snack-bar notification stating “Project duplicated successfully”.

To Allocate user, click on this
icon placed on the right corner side as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, a user allocation pop-up appears as shown below.

After selecting the user(s), click on the submit button. Once submitted, we receive a snack-bar stating “Project users have been updated”.

Note-
To delete any of the user(s) from any of the project(s), click on the same Allocate user icon and then click on the cross icon placed adjacent to the user email ID details and then submit.
To Assign project to groups, click on this
icon placed on the right corner as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, a group allocation pop-up appears as shown below.

Add the groups as per the requirement and click on the submit button. Once submitted, we’ll receive a snack-bar notification stating “Project groups have been updated”.

Note-
We have a search functionality enabled to search for the respective project details.
To delete any of the group(s) from any of the project(s), click on the same Assign project to groups icon and then click on the cross icon placed adjacent to the group details and then submit.
2. Agreements
In this Tab, we can view the agreements added by the admin user.


To Add agreements, click on this icon
placed on the top right corner besides the 9 Dot menu as shown below.

After clicking on it, an add agreement page will appear as shown below.

Fill in the required details (i.e, Title, Project, Enforcement Date, Renewal Date, Description) and then click on the submit button. Once submitted, we’ll receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added Agreement successfully”.

To Edit any of the agreement details, click on this icon
placed on the top right corner of that respective agreement view page as shown below.

Upon clicking on that icon, Edit Agreement page appears.

Once the alterations are done and clicked on the Submit button, we’ll receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edited agreement”.

Note-
We have a search functionality enabled to search for the respective agreement details.
3. Q-Bank (Still in Inprogress)
Workforce App (In partner account)-
1. Projects & Agreements
Projects & Agreements Tab under Workforce App for both Company and Partner accounts are same.

2. Markup
In this Tab, we have fields classified as Permanent role markup, Contract role markup & Freelance role markup.


Here admin user can apply the percentages for the respective job types field as viewed. The user can edit the numerical value on the particular field respectively as shown below.

Upon altering the values and clicking on Submit button, We then receive a snack-bar notification stating "Markup edited".

3. Tags
In this Tab, the admin user can add customised tags for the specific job roles as they are internal identifiers and are used to distinguish specific job details.

To Add a tag, click on this
icon placed on the top right corner of the Tags view page.

Once clicked on it, an add tag pop-up appears as shown in the below snip.

Fill in the details (i.e, Name, Description & Select Color). Once details are filled and clicked on the submit button, we receive a notification stating “Tag added successfully”.

To Edit any of the tag, click on this action icon
placed on the top right corner of the Tags view page. Once clicked on it,an edit option appears. Click on that edit option.

Upon clicking on it,an edit tag pop-up appears.

Once alterations are done and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Tag edited”.
