Upon clicking the Workspace App, the user will be redirected to the Assets Tab as shown below.

1. Assets
This tab is used to record and manage the asset details.
To Add an asset, click on this icon
placed on the top right corner of the Assets view page.

Upon clicking on it, an add asset page will appear.

Fill in the details which are mentioned in the asset form (i.e, Asset Name, Brand, Category, Location, Purchase date, Currency, Service Tag, Model Number, Serial number, Warranty, License, Status,Description, Is in store checkbox, Owner, Attachments).
Once the details are filled and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Assets added successfully”.

To Edit asset details, hover the cursor to the respective asset and click on this
icon placed on the right corner side as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an edit asset page appears.

Once done with the alterations and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Assets updated successfully”.

To View the asset details, hover the cursor to the respective asset and click on this
icon placed on the right corner side as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, the view asset page appears. The admin user could be able to check the timeline of the asset while viewing.

To Archive an asset, hover the cursor to the respective asset and click on this icon
placed on the right corner side as shown below. Only this option is enabled if Is in store checkbox is applied while adding the asset details.


Upon clicking on it, a confirmation pop-up appears.

Once clicked on the Archive button, we then receive a snack-bar notification stating "Archived Assets Successfully" and the status of the asset will be changed as Archive.

To Unarchive an asset, hover the cursor to the respective asset which is in archive state and click on this icon
placed on the right corner side as shown below.

Once clicked on the Unarchive option, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Asset unarchived successfully”.

Bulk Upload: To Upload asset details in bulk, we’ve integrated bulk upload functionality
placed on the top right corner of the assets tab view page opposite to the 9 dot Menu.

Upon clicking on the icon, a bulk upload leave page appears

In order to have a sample format for the asset details, there’s a Download sample option available underneath the Choose file option as shown aforementioned.
The asset details format shall be in below manner-

Note-
The file format for uploading bulk asset details shall be in .csv format.
To upload the bulk assets file, click on this Choose file option
placed on the left side of the bulk upload view page as shown below.

After uploading the file with precise format, the details from the file will appear on the page as shown below.

Once submitted the bulk upload file, the summary of the assets details will be fetched over this pop-up as shown below.

And then the details will fetch on the Assets Data Grid.

Note-
While creating the bulk leaves sheet, remember to check whether the data is in the precise way or not (similar to the sample data format). For instance- if the non-existing location has been added over the sheet and then uploaded, we get faulty error pop-up as shown below.

2. Leaves
Under this tab, the types of leave(s) data will be viewed. Here we have Leave Type, Available leaves, Leaves taken, Unpaid leave in the column wise.
To Add a Leave manually, click on this icon
placed on the top right corner as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an Add leave pop-up appears.

Fill in the details which are mentioned in the Add leave form (i.e, From date, To date, Leave Type, Leave Duration, Description). Once details are filled and submitted, a snack-bar notification will appear stating “Leave added successfully”.

To View the leave details in Calendar format, click on this
icon placed on the top right corner next to +leave icon. Upon clicking on it the Table view transits to Calendar view as shown below.


Similarly to change the calendar view into table view, click on this icon placed on the top right corner next to +leave icon. Upon clicking on it the Calendar view transits to Table view as shown below.


To Edit a leave date(s), the Leave view page shall be in the calendar view. Click on that respective date (viewed in red node) in which the admin user had applied leave for that respective user as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an edit leave pop-up will appear.

Once the alterations are done and clicked on submit, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Leaves edited successfully”.

To View any of the user’s leaves data, User drop-down has been incorporated on the top right corner of the Leaves view page opposite to +Upload icon.

The admin user can now check the leaves status of the various users who were added in the main company account (via Users App) by the User drop-down and has the access to add or alter the leaves for those users .
To Upload leaves of the users in bulk, we’ve integrated bulk upload functionality
placed on the top right corner of the leaves view page opposite to the User drop-down field.

Upon clicking on the icon, bulk upload leave page appears.

Here we’ve two kinds of uploading leaves data- By Date & By leave type.
By Date- This upload type means the data shall be in the below format.
Name
Start Date
End Date
Leave Category
Leave Duration
Description
By leave type- This upload type means the data shall be in the below format.
Name
Casual Leave
Sick Leave
Earned Leave
Flexi Leave
Note-
In order to have a sample format for the respective upload leave types, there’s a Download sample option
available underneath the Choose file option as shown below.

The file format for uploading bulk leaves sheet shall be in .csv format.
To upload a bulk leave file, first select the upload type. Then click on this Choose file option placed on the left side of the bulk upload view page as shown below.
While creating the bulk leaves sheet, remember to check whether the data is in the precise way or not (similar to the sample data format). For instance- if the word Start Date is entered as Start Dates over the excel sheet and such a file is uploaded and submitted, we then get an error as shown below.
To upload a bulk leave file, first select the upload type. Then click on this Choose file option
placed on the left side of the bulk upload view page as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an open file window appears. If the upload type is in By Date type, select that type of file and click on the select button. Once selected that file, preview of that file will be viewed on the page before submitting the uploaded file.

Similarly if the upload type is in By Leave type, select that type of file and click on the select button. We then get the preview of the leave data on the page as shown below.

If evaluation is done, click on the submit button. Once submitted (either in By Date type or By Leave type), we get the summary of the leaves data updation over a pop-up as shown below.

Note-
In order to add any leaves or view the leave status over the leaves tab, at first the leave criteria shall be updated via Settings→Leave Type.
3. Payroll Tab
This tab is incorporated to add payslips for the users of the company.

In order to add a payslip for a respective user we have the Users drop-down placed on the top right corner of the payroll view page.

Click on this
icon placed on the top right corner of the payroll view page.

Upon clicking we get the Open file window, select the file (which shall be only in .pdf format) and submit. Once submitted, we get a snack-bar notification stating “Uploaded payslip successfully”.

To Delete a payslip for a respective user, click on this action button
placed on the right corner as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, we get a delete option from action button.

Tap on that option and then we receive a confirmation pop-up as shown below.

Once clicked on the delete button, we get a snack-bar notification stating “Deleted payslip status successfully”.

4. Docs
To Add a document for a respective user, click on this
icon placed on the top right corner of the docs view page as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an open file window appears, select the document (only .pdf format) and click on submit. Once submitted we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Document uploaded successfully”.

To Delete a document for a respective user, click on this action button
placed on the right corner as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, we get a delete option from it.

Tap on that option and then we receive a confirmation pop-up as shown below.

Once clicked on the delete button, we get a snack-bar notification stating “Deleted successfully”.

5. Policies

To Add a policy for the company, click on this icon
placed on the top left corner beside the search bar as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an add policy page appears.

Fill in the details mentioned over the add policy form (i.e, Title, Description). Here the owner's name is greyed out and cannot be edited.
Once the details are filled and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added policy successfully”.

To Edit a policy, click on this action button
placed on the top right side over the policy view window.

Upon clicking on it, we get two options. Click on the Edit option.

Once clicked on it, we get the edit policy page.

After the alterations are done and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edit Policy successfully”.

To Delete a policy, click on this action button
placed on the top right side over the policy view window. Upon clicking on it, we get two options. Click on the Delete option.

Once clicked on it, we get the confirmation pop-up as shown below.

After clicking on the delete button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Deleted Policy successfully”.

6. Calendar

To Add an event or holiday, click on this icon
placed on the top-right corner of the calendar view page.

Upon clicking on it, an add event pop-up appears as shown below.

Fill in the details mentioned over the add event pop-up (i.e, Start date and time, End date and time, Event type, Name, Location).

Once the details are filled and submitted, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Added event successfully”.

Note-
In order to add an event start date and end date, first shall consider that respective event's end date. Upon which the before dates from the end date selection will be visible in start date calendar.


To Edit an event or a holiday, hover the cursor on that respective event, click on this icon
placed on the right corner as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an edit event pop-up appears.

Once the alterations are done and clicked on the submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edited event successfully”.
Note- User can edit the changes only when the end date is the future date.
7. Settings
Under this settings tab, Leave Type tab has been incorporated in order to add different leave types.

To Add a leave type, click on this icon
placed on the top-right corner of the Settings view page.

Upon clicking on it, an add leave type pop-up appears.

Fill in the details mentioned over the add leave type pop-up (i.e, Leave Name, Leave accrual, Leave carried, Allocated Leaves).
Leave Accrual- This field refers to the no. of leave hours that an employee earns according to the benefits and policies of their employer. If the admin user selects the option as true, we get the additional fields as shown below.

Leave carried- This field refers to the leaves earned by/unused by the employee can be carry forward. Here the user can select either true or false based on the leave type.
Monthly leave accrual- This field is a method that allows employee to earn leave at the beginning or end of each month.
Leave Reset Month- This field is used if the admin user would like the leave balance to lapse within the interval defined. The admin user can select in which month the existing leaves can be reset.

Reset Value (after hitting max-threshold)- This field is used if the admin user would like the leave balance to lapse within the interval defined. For instance if the company leave carry forward is 12, but the employee has exceeded the leave count as 15 in that case 3 leaves will be deducted automatically. In short the leave balance for the employee shall be equivalent to the company's leave carry forward.
Gender- This field has been incorporated in order to calculate/deduct the leaves taken by the employees.
Allocated Leaves- This field refers to the no. of days the company allows the employee to take for each type of leaves/holidays. Once the allocated leave count is added, it cannot be modified or edited later, will be greyed out.
Once the fields are filled and submitted, we receive a snack-bar stating “Added leave successfully”.

To Edit a leave type, hover the cursor over the respective leave type, click on this icon
placed on the right side as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, an edit leave type pop-up will appear.

Once the alterations are done and clicked on submit button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Edited leave type successfully”.

To Delete a leave type, hover the cursor over the respective leave type, click on this icon
placed on the right side as shown below.

Upon clicking on it, a confirmation pop-up will appear.

Once clicked on the delete button, we receive a snack-bar notification stating “Deleted leave type successfully”.
